Responsibility

  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic HR processes.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
