Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and team productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic HR processes.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a commitment to service excellence.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
