Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to HOKBEN’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in stocking, rotating, and restocking inventory to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not required.
