Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity.
- Provide friendly and professional service to enhance the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in delivering food and beverages to tables when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Track daily sales and reconcile cash registers at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong numerical and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
