Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional greeting and seating for all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for order taking and payment processing
- Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Indonesian work authorization required
