Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring adherence to Jittlada Group’s service standards.
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Oversee table setups, menu presentations, and wine/service pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service protocols, etiquette, and upselling techniques.
- Monitor restaurant flow during peak hours, optimizing seating and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional events or special dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter, or similar role in upscale restaurants/hotels.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse service team.
- Knowledge of fine-dining service standards, wine service, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
