Responsibility
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of tourism and hospitality services.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tourism packages and services.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to uphold company standards and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
