In this role, you will oversee housekeeping operations for multiple luxury properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring consistency in service excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with property managers, front office teams, and maintenance staff to create seamless guest experiences that align with our brand’s reputation for luxury and attention to detail. Responsibility
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, checklists, and quality control measures to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with property managers and front office teams to address guest feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee the scheduling and deployment of housekeeping staff across multiple properties, ensuring efficient coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including proper handling of chemicals and waste management.
- Monitor and control housekeeping budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team of housekeeping professionals.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices, including cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, or Mandarin) are a plus.
- Experience working with property management systems (PMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints or operational challenges with professionalism.
- Willingness to travel between properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung as needed.
