Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations, including seating, reservations, and service flow.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in managing inventory, supplies, and equipment to support seamless operations.
- Contribute to creating a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic restaurant management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
