Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients under the supervision of senior physicians.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and clinical training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Stay current with medical research, best practices, and emerging treatments in Internal Medicine and related fields.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia.
- Completion of internship or prior clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
