Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of research participants, ensuring they meet study criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule participant appointments, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant data and study progress.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Liaise with research teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of study materials, surveys, and documentation.
- Monitor and track participant engagement and retention rates.
- Support the research team with ad-hoc tasks and project-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a research or academic setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management tools.
