Responsibility
- Design and execute research studies on foam-based food formulations for dysphagia patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (nutritionists, clinicians, engineers) to validate prototypes.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical tools and prepare technical reports.
- Develop scalable production methods for foam food products.
- Present findings at conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with industry partners to translate research into commercial applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in food product development or biomedical research.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of food rheology and texture modification techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 or HACCP standards is a plus.
