Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop formulations, test prototypes, and ensure product excellence. Your work will directly impact our brand’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Develop and refine beauty product formulations, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Conduct research on market trends, ingredients, and packaging solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to scale prototypes for mass manufacturing.
- Perform stability and safety testing to meet regulatory standards.
- Document R&D processes, including formulas, test results, and improvements.
- Source and evaluate raw materials for efficacy and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing to align product development with brand vision.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty/cosmetics R&D.
- Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and ingredient interactions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (BPOM, ISO, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in lab equipment and testing methodologies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for beauty innovation.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
