Responsibility
- Design and implement research studies in health services, public health, or related fields, ensuring adherence to ethical and methodological standards.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata) and other analytical tools.
- Prepare research reports, academic papers, and presentations for publication in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academics, policymakers, and healthcare professionals, to develop evidence-based solutions.
- Assist in grant writing and funding proposals to secure research funding and support project sustainability.
- Mentor junior researchers or interns, providing guidance on research methodologies and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and policies in health services and public health to inform research directions.
- Present research findings to stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (for Research Associate) or PhD (for Senior Research Associate) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of research experience (for Research Associate) or 5+ years (for Senior Research Associate) in a relevant domain.
- Proven expertise in research design, data analysis, and statistical modeling, with proficiency in tools like R, Python, or Stata.
- Strong track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at academic conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in grant writing, project management, or stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
