Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation in agricultural and conservation sectors.
- Develop and test new formulations, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Document and analyze test results, providing actionable insights for product optimization.
- Ensure all products comply with local and international regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO, or industry-specific standards).
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support sustainability initiatives by integrating eco-friendly practices into product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or quality control within farming, animal care, or conservation industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, HACCP, or organic certification standards).
- Proven ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, Minitab), and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
