Responsibility
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels across all sales channels.
- Oversee the distribution network, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to retail outlets.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, stock levels, and distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in replenishment, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
