We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive engineer with a passion for sustainability and a strong technical background in renewable energy systems. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and want to make a tangible difference, this role is for you.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager and project teams to design, develop, and implement renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, or hybrid solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors to oversee project execution, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for regulatory approvals and stakeholder presentations.
- Monitor project performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize system efficiency.
- Liaise with regulatory stakeholders to secure permits, licenses, and certifications required for project deployment.
- Provide technical training and support to internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project handover and operation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in renewable energy to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, engineering, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing or managing solar PV, wind, or hybrid energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of local and international renewable energy regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., PLN, IEA, IEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, HOMER, or similar engineering software for system modeling and analysis.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with occasional travel to project sites across Indonesia.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
