Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in setting up and customizing Zoho CRM workflows, automation, and reporting tools.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support requests via Zoho CRM.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and improve client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CRM processes and enhance user experience.
- Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Stay updated on Zoho CRM features and industry trends to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or CRM Specialist, preferably with Zoho CRM.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and customization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
