Responsibility
- Manage and update WooCommerce product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone for WooCommerce-related inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
- Assist with basic WooCommerce troubleshooting, such as plugin conflicts or payment gateway issues.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends.
- Optimize store performance by implementing SEO best practices for product pages.
- Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in eCommerce support, preferably with WooCommerce.
- Strong familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce plugins (e.g., WooCommerce Subscriptions, Table Rate Shipping).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
