Responsibility
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to brand voice and audience.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, SEO).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Assistant, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana).
