Based in the vibrant communities of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll collaborate with a diverse, international team while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings and have a proven track record in performance marketing for lifestyle or wellness brands.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and conversions.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of partners.
- Create and curate high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, blogs) aligned with brand voice and wellness industry trends.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROI, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility in the wellness niche.
- Conduct market research to identify new affiliate opportunities and competitive benchmarks.
- Coordinate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and propose data-backed improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or affiliate marketing, preferably in wellness, beauty, or luxury sectors.
- Proven success in growing social media followings and driving affiliate revenue.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization for organic growth.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for wellness, self-care, or holistic health is highly advantageous.
