Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
  • Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) to enhance platform functionality and automate processes.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
