Responsibility
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Configure and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
- Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) to enhance platform functionality and automate processes.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
