Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement customized Zoho CRM+ and Zoho One solutions tailored to client needs.
- Automate business processes using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, marketing platforms).
- Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CRM performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Zoho best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Zoho CRM Developer or Implementation Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Zoho certification (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer, Zoho Creator Expert) is a plus.
