Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end IT project logistics, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize service delivery processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into project workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, client communications, and service metrics in CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach to service delivery.
  • Experience in IT service delivery, SaaS, or tech consulting is highly advantageous.
