Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor brand campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creators, brands, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Track campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including briefs, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of campaign strategies, aligning with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Manage operational tasks such as budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to analyze performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies throughout all campaign phases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in project coordination, campaign management, or a similar role within marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or brand partnerships is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting is advantageous.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges.
