Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, or chats to engage potential clients and explain insurance products.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions (life, health, property, etc.).
- Guide clients through the application and policy selection process with clarity and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide post-sales support, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for motivated individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English is a must).
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
