Responsibility
- Contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, including life, health, or property insurance, and recommend suitable plans.
- Assist clients in completing applications, processing paperwork, and finalizing policy agreements.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and policy details in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
