Responsibility
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one or small-group English lessons via our virtual platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance language skills.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, including games, discussions, and multimedia resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with our academic team to ensure curriculum alignment and teaching quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English proficiency (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in English language instruction.

- Familiarity with virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar platforms).
