Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects, following the schoolâs curriculum and teaching standards.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and student needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and confidence.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback, and provide constructive guidance.
- Collaborate with full-time teachers and staff to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in learning.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance for relief assignments.
- Uphold professional conduct and adhere to school policies and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic support (preferably in an international or multicultural setting).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different age groups, subjects, and classroom environments.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student development and success.
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and educational technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as assigned.
