Responsibility
- Manage and organize digital files, documents, and databases to ensure easy accessibility.
- Handle email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via email, chat, or other communication platforms.
- Assist in research tasks and compile data for business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
