Responsibility
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, including copy, images, and landing pages for performance improvement.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CPA) and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to refine ad strategies for better reach.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with clear metrics and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies.
- Troubleshoot ad disapprovals or performance issues and implement quick fixes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in online advertising, PPC management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms (certifications are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for ad copy and client reporting.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they complement paid advertising.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for ad visuals is advantageous.
- Time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
