Responsibility
- Assist mortgage brokers in processing loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to gather required information and clarify application details.
- Prepare and review mortgage documents, including contracts, disclosures, and compliance forms, to meet regulatory standards.
- Track application progress, follow up on pending items, and update internal systems with real-time status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to expedite approvals and ensure timely closings.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, lender policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage processing, banking, or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with mortgage software or CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work during day shift hours (Philippine time) and adapt to a structured schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
