Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand-aligned visual content for digital and print marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and design high-impact creative assets (graphics, banners, infographics, videos).
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity through consistent design language across all touchpoints.
- Optimize designs for SEO and user engagement, ensuring content is both visually appealing and conversion-focused.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- Edit and retouch images/videos to meet professional standards using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Creative Specialist with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design tools (Figma, Canva Pro).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design for web/mobile.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong grasp of branding, typography, and color theory to create cohesive visual narratives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for digital assets (alt text, file naming, etc.).
