Responsibility
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential clients in the insurance or banking sectors.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and empathetic communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to management on customer pain points and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, insurance, or banking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
