Responsibility
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (paid ads, email, social, SEO, and referral programs) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in our marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging, branding, and user experience with growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in growth marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to refine lead nurturing funnels and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and scalability across campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools (e.g., Optimizely, Unbounce).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
