Responsibility
- Manage and organize client data within the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Set up and monitor automated email, SMS, and workflow sequences to enhance client engagement.
- Assist in creating and optimizing sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and campaign launches.
- Generate reports and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GoHighLevel features and best practices to maximize platform utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
