Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations using Xero and AroFlo, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance administration, trade administration, or invoicing.
- Proficiency in Xero and AroFlo or similar financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
