Responsibility
- Monitor and review dealer transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of dealer activities and documentation to identify discrepancies or violations.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Provide training and guidance to dealers on compliance standards and procedural requirements.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and communications for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a similar role, preferably in a customer service or dealer support environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
