Responsibility
- Manage the CEOâs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain confidential files and records, adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols.
- Liaise with board members, senior leadership, and external partners to streamline operations.
- Anticipate the CEOâs needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reporting.
