Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare and process payroll for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, on a monthly basis.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, following up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for financial tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
