Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows in GoHighLevel to optimize healthcare CRM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and create scalable automation solutions.
- Configure and customize GoHighLevel pipelines, triggers, and sequences to enhance patient engagement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation performance, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Train and support end-users on GoHighLevel best practices and automation features.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) in all automation workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an Automation Specialist or similar role, with hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with healthcare CRM processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting during PST hours.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with global teams.
- Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is preferred.
