Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery issues, ensuring minimal downtime and peak performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage ad trafficking, tag implementation, and quality assurance for all live campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to recommend innovative strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors, publishers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ad operations processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and automation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or ad tagging is a plus.
