Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate instructor communications, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Handle class coverage requests, ensuring all sessions are adequately staffed and confirmed.
- Process and track vendor-related documentation, contracts, and operational records.
- Monitor and resolve administrative inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor interactions, class schedules, and operational tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address potential operational issues before they escalate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative support, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
