As a Reliability Technician, you will support reliability engineers in conducting comprehensive testing, failure analysis, and data-driven assessments to enhance product robustness. Responsibility
- Assist reliability engineers in designing, executing, and documenting reliability test plans for semiconductor and AI hardware products.
- Conduct environmental stress testing (e.g., thermal cycling, humidity, vibration) to evaluate product durability under extreme conditions.
- Perform failure analysis using microscopy, electrical testing, and root-cause investigation techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential reliability risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations summarizing test results and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging reliability testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reliability testing, quality assurance, or a similar role within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with environmental test chambers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and failure analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or statistical software).
- Familiarity with reliability standards such as JEDEC, MIL-STD, or IPC is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-precision testing environments.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
