Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CIMB's corporate banking portfolio in Bali.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services, including loans, deposits, and treasury products.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
