Responsibility
- Assist physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals in delivering patient care.
- Set up and maintain rehabilitation equipment, ensuring it is safe and functional for patient use.
- Provide hands-on support to patients during therapy sessions, including mobility assistance and exercise guidance.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or improvements to the rehabilitation team.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, mobility aids, and home care.
- Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Assist in patient transfers and positioning to ensure comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform hands-on tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
