Responsibility
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring adherence to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Assist in emergency procedures, including CPR, wound care, and crisis intervention, as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety regulations, and healthcare best practices.
- Participate in continuous professional development, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software is advantageous.
