Responsibility
- Provide telehealth support and patient triage via phone, chat, or email.
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Monitor and report adverse events or patient concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare protocols.

Qualifications
- Active nursing license (RN) in the Philippines or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (hospital, clinic, or telehealth).
