Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive sales dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to monitor KPIs (volume, revenue, account quality, customer engagement).
- Analyze regional sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align reporting with business objectives and forecast future performance.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline workflows and ensure timely, accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Train and support regional teams on data interpretation and tool utilization to foster a data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a regional or multi-market capacity.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor reports for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing metrics is advantageous for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role with a results-driven mindset.
