We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our growth in these high-potential regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, establish strong distributor networks, and achieve aggressive sales targets. You will travel extensively across assigned territories, engaging with retailers, wholesalers, and end consumers to promote our high-quality sleep solutions.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for mattress and springbed products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in Sumatera and Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams and partners to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized campaigns tailored to regional preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical or customer service issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the home furnishings, mattress, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Sumatera and Bali (80% fieldwork).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Ownership of a motorcycle or car and a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
