Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent productivity.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments to increase Trilliunware’s market share in East Java.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics in real-time.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Optimize distribution channels and ensure excellent product availability at the point of sale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the East Java market landscape and retail distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
